There have been 4 analysis papers and technological developments during the last 4 weeks that together drastically modified my outlook on the AGI timeline.

GPT-4 can educate itself to turn out to be higher by way of self reflection, be taught instruments with minimal demonstrations, it may well act as a central mind and outsource duties to different fashions (HuggingGPT) and it may well behave as an autonomous agent that may pursue a multi-step purpose with out human intervention (Auto-GPT). It isn’t an overstatement that there are already Sparks of AGI.
